Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas, my friends!

Thank you for such a wonderful year here in Blogland. What an amazing group of people you are. You listen, encourage, hope and love along with the best of them. For that, I am so very grateful.
I thought I would post one of my most favorite Christmas songs for you, in hopes that you will find Grace and Peace wherever this Holiday season finds you.

I will be taking off until January 1 to enjoy time with family coming in, but I'll make sure to catch some good pictures of Rudolph making his grand entrance.

And can I just take a moment and say thank you for all your encouragement on this sweet life road with our Miss Brenna? Because of your words and comments, you all have made my heart sing and my eyes have been opened up many, many times to the grace that abounds with the life we have with her.

Merry Christmas.

Welcome To Our World

Tears are falling, hearts are breaking
How we need to hear from God
You've been promised, we've been waiting

Welcome Holy Child
Welcome Holy Child

Hope that you don't mind our manger
How I wish we would have known
But long-awaited Holy Stranger
Make Yourself at home
Please make Yourself at home

Bring Your peace into our violence
Bid our hungry souls be filled
Word now breaking Heaven's silence

Welcome to our world
Welcome to our world

Fragile finger sent to heal us
Tender brow prepared for thorn
Tiny heart whose blood will save us

Unto us is born
Unto us is born

So wrap our injured flesh around You
Breathe our air and walk our sod
Rob our sin and make us holy

Perfect Son of God
Perfect Son of God
Welcome to our world
