Big Girl Britches

Here she is in full page.
My big-girl-britches-girl.
It's part of a photo of my great aunt on my grandfather's side.

I adore this quote. It's from Christopher Robin to Pooh:
"promise me you will always remember you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think."

I think it was fitting for this girl.
She seems so shy, but if you look closely into those eyes, she's not fooling anybody!
It makes me laugh, because it runs in our family. You push any of us girls, we will eventually push back.

I had fun using alcohol inks, molding paste, sewing on paper and printing her out onto tissue paper and putting the image over the background.

Don't forget.
You are braver than you believe.
So there.
