Sweet and Sinister, part 2

 Happy Monday, All!

Here is Sweet and Sinister, Part 2. I thought I would show you what I sent to my swap partner, Suz. This guy just made me laugh!

This is about as sinister as I get..

All though, my husband thinks the crow is creepy!

A little banner, and a wreath.

Of course, a couple of dominoes!

More sweets. (Always.)

'Nuff said about that. Here's the good part!!! This is what I found in my fun box!!!!

Can you believe Suz said this was only her second banner???
It's a perfect fit in our front room.

I happen to LOVE my funny pumpkin lady:

How could you not? (Don't ask Doug.)

Lots of fun "play pretties" as my Dad used to say.

I sure like the sweet part of the Sweet and Sinister!

More things to play with...

Now, I think Suz is QUEEN when it comes to making things out of thrift store find! Take a look:

Are they not the most gorgeous colors??? The pumpkin is decoupaged  with vintage pages and music.

These magnets are WAY cute.

Many, many thanks to my fabulous swap partner, Suz Reaney. Please stop by her ETSY shop, (esty.com) called Katsui and take a look at her beautiful jewelry that she and her daughter make.
Also, many thanks to Kari Ramstrom from artsymama.blogspot.com  for hosting this awesome swap. So much fun!!
Have a good day,
~Lynn

  2. GET OUT!!! What cool, fabulous, wonderful things you got for Halloween!! I'm really impressed. Wow, you sure are glad that you signed up for Sweet and Sinister, aren't you?? :-) And I see you've learned to diamond glaze your dominoes. Wow. Great stuff you made as well. Almost looks like Ace, the monster dog. So small yet so diabolical...

  5. Lynn,
Things look better to me on your blog...lol. I am so glad that banner worked out and you can read the letters.

You might download these pics onto the flickr site for A Year of Color.I wish people would do that. It seems like last year, there were so many! I have seen such cool things on other sites...I hate to see them lost.

Hugs to you and your family!
