While I know my sweet girl is in love with Italy,

I'm sure we will never find a decent cappucchino here in the states,

Her walks along the Ponte Vecchio are finished.

And she will be winging her way home today.

Even though in my heart,  I know she will be longing to go back, I will be one happy Momma.

  2. Italy will always be in her heart! I'm sure you can't wait to welcome her home with a huge hug! Love the pics - 'specially the one of the two of you! And, if it weren't for her, we'd have never laughed over the Adventures of Dufus & Lucy!!!! Hugs, Terri xoxoxo

  3. Dufus and Lucy welcome the Contessa home...until the floor in her room is unrecognizable :-) Wish I could be with you to pick her up!!! Such a long flight...ugh.

  4. I hope by now you are getting some well deserved hugs. She'll be exhausted and need some good old fashioned pampering from a mom.

Welcome Home to Lauren! I don't know how to say that in Italian so I'll just do the little finger kiss thingie instead.

  5. Yay!!
But at least you both share the memories of being in Italy together.
That is a pretty amazing thing to add to your relationship.
I am sure Brenna will be thrilled to have her sis home!
