Welcome to day 23 of art every day month.
Today, I played. I did nothing with the intention of selling or caring if it was "good enough".
I think I'll continue it today as well!
In the October issue of Somerset Studio, in the article entitled, Oodles of Circles, there is a great "how to". I really am not sure how the artist got to their finished product, but it's beautiful and I'm enjoying the process of my colors and layers.
We are having a long, lazy week as a family and enjoying each minute. Certainly something to be grateful for!
I doubt I will post on Thanksgiving, so today I'll wish each of you many blessings and the hope found in giving thanks.

Hey Lynn, glad to hear you are having such a good time
ReplyDeleteI would love to sit and flip thru your journal. Each page is so colorful and bright and FULL.
It is amazing.
My journals are all in pencil, its my preferred way of drawing or writing, so no color at all.
Before the kid, I sat and really put together art in my journals now they are more for just jotting ideas quickly :)
Have a very Happy Thanksgiving!
Wishing you and the family well
Amy
Hope you enjoy Thanksgiving and have a very relaxing break and aren't tied to the kitchen... when I think of Thanksgiving I think of huge feasts and family drama... the power of American TV and movies... lovely pages though and glad you are getting to play xx
