Happy Fourth of July, my friends!!!!
Thank you to you who have served our have family that are serving to make this country free, to enable us to have reason to celebrate our country, and freedoms that others do not know of. It is a sacrifice on all levels, and I thank you.
Today we are going to a picnic. It's a little odd, though. We have NO children home!
My eldest is firmly ensconced at her new digs, celebrating a friend's birthday,
And Miss B is away at camp for the week.
The WEEK.
So, we are enjoying the quietness, and our friends...
and this new recipe I found to bring to the picnic.
Whether it's the Fourth of July or not, I encourage you to try this recipe.
It's seriously to die for.
Well, you know what I mean.
The I-can't-quit-going-back-to-the-bowl-for-more kind.
