Couldn't sleep past 5:00 this morning, so I got up, made coffee, read my devotional and laid down some paint.
I could get used to this.

Welcome to my world...
ReplyDeleteI'm singing, but that's the only line of the song I know. In my head, I sound just like Eddie Arnold, but I'm not sure if he even sang it.
I bet it felt nice a peaceful painting at that hour..
ReplyDeleteHugs, Linda
Sounds like a perfect morning routine to me!
ReplyDeleteHi Lynn,
ReplyDeleteSounds like the perfect way to start the day, but a bit early for my taste! Creativity every day keeps me sane (well, fairly) and happy. Bet you feel the same :)
Have to tell you, we're having another snow storm tonight. Are you sure I can't send you some of this white loveliness? Maybe a truckload?! Actually, I'm mighty sick of it.... yearning for flowers and sunshine!
Hope your week is happy!

I wish that I were an early bird, Lynn! Guess I get to bed way too late! Hope you are doing ok, sending you hugs!
ReplyDeleteI've heard there's a whole generation of women who have trouble sleeping...I have to stay up until 1 or 2, then I can finally sleep! Looks like you enjoyed the early rise time though, and made good use of it!
ReplyDeleteI'm working at being an early bird. I dont' always get it right but I love being up before everyone. I love your art! great post Lynn:)
ReplyDeleteLove it. And much more productive that gawking at Pinterest for hours on end, which is normally what i do. LOL.
